Gerflor Mecca for Design

Leading architects and designers were keen to hear about Gerflor’s Createx flooring system when they visited Mecca in Melbourne recently. Gerflor was one of a number of exhibitors who showcased some of their latest products and ideas for the visitors. Createx is a Gerflor innovation that presents opportunities to slash the time and cost of installing or upgrading flooring in large retail or commercial settings. Using a system of interlocking plates as a base that can be laid over existing surfaces, Createx is then loose laid over the top. The clever fabric backing grips the base plate so there’s no need for messy glue and no residual odour to affect the next day’s trade. Brilliant!
