Context and testimonials : Sunshine Harvester Primary School opened the doors of its brand new facilities in September 2010. Today, 406 prep to grade six students represent an amalgamation of the former Braybrook, Sunvale and Sunshine East primary schools. When selecting the flooring for these new flexible learning facilities, Architect Nick Marino considered a range of options before settling on Gerflor’s Diversion and Indiana surfaces to answer the brief for “functional, long wearing materials that could blend into a coordinated colour scheme”. “The school was looking for spaces that are interesting and colourful. I particularly like the Gerflor Diversion range. It has a smart, interesting pattern to it and particular colours that we, and the school, really liked” Nick said.
